1.1 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us.
1.2 These terms and conditions are incorporated into all orders for services and goods provided by Mtech Consult Ltd (the Supplier) and its subsidiaries or where there is a prior written agreement between the Customer and the Supplier.
1.3 No variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the supplier and the customer.
1.4 Services delivered may differ from those advertised in our promotional material.
1.5 Any waiver by the Supplier of any of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the particular instance and shall not operate or be deemed to operate as a future waiver of that or any other term.
1.6 These terms and conditions and all other express terms and conditions of sale shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
2.1 Subject to paragraph 2.2 below the price payable for goods shall be the total price plus any costs as Specified in the Supplier’s current literature, less any Discount agreed in advance in writing by the Supplier.
2.2 The price is exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated, which the customer shall be additionally liable to pay the Supplier.
3.1 Worldpay is the nominated secure payment facility.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Supplier all invoices are payable by the date for payment stated on the invoice in pounds sterling drawn on a bank based in the UK or by such other method as is agreed in advance by the Supplier.
3.3 Failure to pay all amounts due by the due date may result in withholding of further services including services in respect of which the customer has made payment in full. We reserve the right to charge interest and fees on all overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.
4.1 Directory – No refunds will be made on Directory purchases.
4.2 Events & Training Course Bookings - Our contract with you commences when we write to confirm that we have accepted the delegate(s) on to the appropriate event.
We regret that a fee must be charged when confirmed bookings are cancelled or transferred to future dates. In the event of a cancellation, you may nominate a substitute but if a suitable substitute cannot be found the following scale of charges will apply:
57 days or more until event - 100% of the fee is refundable / 0% payable
56 days or less - 50% of the fee is refundable / 50% payable
34 days or less - 25% of the fee is refundable / 75% payable
21 days or less - No refund is available / 100% payable
Cancellations will only be accepted if confirmed in writing
Non-attendance does not constitute cancellation, in the event of non-attendance the full fee will be payable.
We regret that we are unable to transfer a booking to a later programme free of charge within the eight week period preceding the start of the programme originally booked, as it is seldom possible to fill the space at such short notice. Withdrawal and transfer to a later programme at this stage will therefore be subject to the charges detailed above.
Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
5 The supplier may set and vary credit limits from time-to-time and withhold all further services if the customer exceeds such credit limit.
6 Services run over a specific duration and no credit will be given for cancellations during that period.
7 Orders are accepted by the Supplier subject to availability of services.
We attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by us as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that third party.
